Great weekend. My husband created an anniversary weekend of great food, drinks, and each other. Friday night we had a dozen oysters on the half shell. I seared some steaks and topped them with fresh oregano from our garden and lemon zest finely chopped together. Accompanied by roasted new potatoes and sauteed spinach with tomatoes. All washed down with a cocktail of St. Germain, Prosecco, and Rose's Lime. YUMMY!
